Session Costs
Individual counseling sessions at Abundant Growth Counseling are priced as follows:
Individual Therapy Sessions: $100 – $140 per session (depending on the provider)
Intake Session: $140 – $175 (depending on the provider)
📌 Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Insurance
Some of our clinicians accept certain insurance plans. Our intake coordinator will inform you which insurance each clinician accepts at the time of booking.
Accepted Insurance Plans:
Since we do not accept all insurance plans, if we do not accept your insurance, then your provider would be considered an “out-of-network” provider. Many insurance companies provide out-of-network benefits that cover mental health services fully or partially.
We will provide the necessary receipts/paperwork for you to file claims with your health insurance company. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact us at:

Good Faith Estimate & No Surprises Act
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) explaining the total expected cost of any non-emergency medical care.
- If you do not have insurance or are not using insurance, we will provide an estimate of the bill for services.
- The Good Faith Estimate will include costs related to:
- Medical tests
- Prescription drugs
- Equipment
- Hospital fees
Confidentiality & Policies
At Abundant Growth Counseling, all information shared during consultations or sessions—whether in-person, phone, or email—will be kept strictly confidential.
📌 Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
- Less than 24-hour notice: $75 cancellation fee
- More than 15 minutes late for an appointment: $75 no-show fee
