  • We wholeheartedly believe that people are influenced by their past experiences; however, they do not determine our future. Our clinical vision is the center of our practice and allows us to support clients through their personal therapy journeys. Each of us has the inner wisdom to overcome hardships, and we are here to help guide you in finding your voice. In therapy we will work together to develop awareness of how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors affect one another, build skills to handle difficult emotions and make behavior change, and practice these skills in a variety of situations so you may be able to support yourself moving forward.

    • Each therapist at Abundant Growth Counseling is trained and experienced in individual counseling and will work with you to determine the best approach to meet your emotional needs. Our approach is evidence-based, which means we use therapeutic techniques that have been researched and proven to work.

    • The goal of individual therapy is to improve mental well-being, develop coping strategies, and promote personal growth in a confidential, supportive environment.

    • We work collaboratively with clients drawing from a variety of techniques including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness practices, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
